Product Description

General introduction of 750 mm Customized Electrolytic Degreasing Line/Unit

In the process of cold rolled strip steel milling, considering the processing need, palm oil and the like synthetic oil are used as lubricating oil in general. This lubrication leaves at the surface of steel strip an oil film, which during annealing at the anneal furnace will generate heating decomposition that resulting to carburization and formation of slags that will impact the composition of steel strip and clean of the surface, and subsequently affect quality of the following processing. The function of this unit is to use the chemical and electrolytic method to clean the surface of steel strip to meet the quality of the subsequent processing.

This electrolytic degreasing unit can also proceed open coiling to the rolled steel coil and cut the over thick part at the end of the steel, adjust coil weight while coiling in appropriate tension.
