6. Anti wrinkle roll is equipped at the front and back to eliminate the shape defects of ultra-thin flat plate. In addition to the above leveling function, the unit also has rolling function. The unit adopts large rolling force and rolling torque, with rolling force of 1000 tons and torque of 4.36 tons · M. this configuration can fully meet the requirements of 40 passes reduction of soft material (0.4mm, equivalent to 4 times of the general leveling machine), and can realize rolling function. At present, reversible rolling reaches 0.15mm The width is from 850mm to 1270mm, and the rolling effect is ideal.
