Based on the asynchronous rolling theory of Northeastern University and the experience learned from mature products at home and abroad, 650mm and 550mm series asynchronous rolling mills developed and designed by the company make a breakthrough in the traditional design concept of rolling mill, and solve the problems of difficult automatic biting for asynchronous rolling, uneven moment distribution of working roll and vibration and the like, thus being ideal equipment for producing ultra-thin strip steel, metal strip difficult for deformation and high-quality strip. Rough working roll can be adopted for the production of thin strip, with the maximum rolling thinness of 0.05mm and the maximum width of 550mm. The asynchronous rolling mill requires less investment, less occupied area and low operation and maintenance cost, but can realize high control precision and is easy for operation, thus being ideal equipment for producing high-end cold rolled products and being capable of completely replacing imported cold rolling equipment.
