Overview
The technical characteristics of the equipment are completely designed to meet the user's requirements for copper and copper alloys rolling which is difficult to deform. The equipment concentrates the current advanced rolling technology in the industry, and combines our extensive experience in cold rolling mill engineering, and ensures that the equipment can meet the requirements of thickness accuracy and plate shape accuracy through reasonable configuration.
Features of this machine unit
The rolling process of this machine is flexible. It can adapt to the variety of raw materials and products in a large range. The equipment is relatively simple, taking less space, low investment, effective in construction and in investment.
According to the technical parameters and requirements determined by the production process, the 1250 mm 20 high reversing cold rolling mill has the following basic design configuration key points and measures according to the rolling characteristics of copper and copper alloy products and high output requirements:
1) Ensure the ROLLABILITY: reasonably optimize the design parameters of roll system and stand, ensure the horizontal and longitudinal natural rigidity of large rolling mill, reasonably determine the working roll diameter, large tension and high-efficiency process lubrication to ensure the production of thin rolling products
2) High profile control: this mill can control the plate in five aspects:
A. The backing bearing is set eccentrically to adjust the original crown of BC backup roll;
B. Second, free roller camber grinding;
C. A middle roller moves laterally to adjust the edge shape;
D. Ad backup roll crown adjustment system is used to adjust symmetrical and asymmetric plate defects;
E. The adjustment of spray quantity of roller process lubrication ensures the transverse tolerance and flatness.
The above-mentioned five items are combined with high-precision constant tension control to meet the requirements of cold-rolled sheet shape control accuracy of thin gauge copper sheet.
3) High precision rolling capacity control: direct hydraulic reduction, full function automatic plate thickness control system (AGC) and thickness gauge are adopted to ensure the thickness accuracy. In order to ensure the continuous high-speed rolling of thin plate, all the main drives adopt series low inertia motor configuration and high-precision tension control, which ensure the thickness accuracy of thin plate.
4) High productivity configuration: large rolling force, large tension, high rolling speed and large coil weight of 12 tons; the maximum rolling force is 8000kN; the adjustment range of large tension is 7kn-70kn, which can meet the rolling process requirements of different specifications of rolling materials; in order to meet the production requirements, the maximum speed of large capacity full digital speed regulation system of the rolling mill is 900m / min. Ensure that the production capacity is greater than the production requirements.
5) High reliability configuration: the overall equipment (up to the same type of imported machine configuration), transmission and basic automation, AGC system adopt the products of international famous manufacturers and are matched by the strongest domestic manufacturers. All important drives are high-precision carburized gear grinding.
