     The 4Hi cold rolling mill of Moran, can be used in single machine reversible high-precision configuration or in multi-stand tandem rolling high-capacity configuration. The 4Hi cold rolling mill is a universal model in strip steel cold rolling mills, easy to operate and widely used. The four-roller machine is composed of two smaller working rolls and two larger supporting rolls and horizontal rolls in the same vertical plane. The rolling process in the middle of the two work rolls. The combination of roll traverse and positive and negative bending rolls gives this model excellent control of plate shape and plate convexity, bringing the plate shape control technology into a new era. The 6Hi cold rolling mill has become the main model in the cold rolled sheet market and is also our main product, and its technical level and functions have reached the level of similar equipment abroad. This model includes various models from 650mm-1450mm, the rolling speed can achieve 1500m/min. the rolling force can reach 2000T. It can roll low carbon steel, alloy steel and other varieties. At present, our reversible unit of this model has broken through the design limit,has the capability of rolling six passes from 3.0 mm to 0.10 mm in a single pass.      M.K.W mill is a improved version of the four-roller mill, the diameter of the working roll is one-sixth of the backup roll, and the relative offset to prevent the horizontal bending of the working roll, the rolling force is less than half of the 4Hi mill. The structure of M.K.W mill and its adjustment is easier than 20Hi mill, which can be modified into 2Hi, 4Hi,8Hi, 16Hi concentrated type, suitable for multi-species needs, because it is also called multi-purpose mill, which is used for cold rolling difficult deformation of stainless steel, silicon steel and non-ferrous metal strips.
