Product Description

1. Technical Description of Non Acid Pickling Line :
The steel strip is separately peeled, first peeled and then cleaned up, the steel strip is transported horizontally, and the oxide scale on the surface of the cylinder cushion is cleaned up by physical method, without acid fog and dust pollution; water recycling, no waste water, waste gas discharge, waste slag for steel plant reuse, equipment operation adopts PLC intelligent control.

2. Main Components

The equipment is composed of: sedimentation tank - sewage filter - water tank - high pressure pump - cleaning machine main body - high pressure water washing - control cabinet - uncoiling equipment - tightening device - winder - sheller.
Sedimentation tank, uncoiling equipment, shell peeling machine, tightening device and winding machine and other auxiliary equipment are responsible by the buyer, cleaning steel balls responsible by the buyer.
