hot-dipped galvanizing line is cold rolled steel strips continuous hot-dipped line. It is with with annealing , galvanizing, finishing, tension leveling, passivation, oiling and other functions and main equipment. The annealing furnace adopts the horizontal bright continuous annealing furnace and the furnace body adopts the NOF + radiation tube heating technology, which saves the gas consumption. The annealing furnace uses the light ceramic fiber as the lining, and has the advantages of fast furnace speed and low thermal inertia. The zinc pot adopts spray flow ceramic induction zinc pot and pre melting furnace, which has the advantages of fast heating, uniform temperature, long life span and less zinc slag. The unit is equipped with 4 High skin pass mill and double bending & double tension leveling mill, which can better improve the shape and surface quality of steel strips and improve the competitiveness of the product. The pneumatic system adopts Siemens control system, AC frequency conversion and speed regulation drive to realize closed-loop control of tension and speed. PLC is Siemens S7-400 device, with clear human-machine interface and simple equipment maintenance.
