Skin Pass Mill/ Temper Mill
The unit has both dry and wet skin pass functions. The "S" roll can be configured vertically or horizontally according to requirements. The maximum speed is 1000m/min and the maximum tension is 20 tons. Equipped with welding machine, roll cleaning device, Oil-air lubrication of roller bearing, laser velocimeter, tension meter, thickness gauge and other equipment. The electrical drive system adopts PLC of Siemens as the main controller; the AGC system adopts Siemens control. Key components are imported from abroad, such as MOOG servo valve, SONHY magnetic scale, POLYTEC laser speed measurement, Dr-Brandt tension meter, etc.
