1. Brief Introduction

The unit is a cold-rolled strip annealing galvanizing unit with functions of annealing reduction, galvanizing, finishing (reservation), tension correction and passivation. The raw material varieties are cold rolled hard coil SPCC, SPCD, SPCE, the specification is 800-1250mm*0.12-0.8mm, the maximum process speed of the design unit is 150m/min, and the main part of the unit process is annealing reduction, galvanizing, (pre Retaining light), tension correction, passivation process. The total length of the unit is about 218m.
