Product Description

1.  Equipment Overview
This machine will roll the stainless steel coil with thickness of 5.0 ~ 6.0mm into 0.6 ~ 3.0mm after several passes of high-precision cold-rolling.  The equipment adopts single-stand reversible eight-high cold rolling machine, equipped with large tension coiler, AGC thickness control system, etc., which can realize large tension rolling and ensure high speed and stable production of thin products. 



2.  Features of This Rolling Mill
1) The electric drive and automation system of rolling mill has safety protection measures such as overload protection, broken belt protection and emergency shutdown. The unit has automatic deceleration and accurate stop function by the end of the coil;  The coiler has the function of winding number memory and stripe length calculation. 
2) Siemens PLC is adopted to realize the automation of production process and fault alarm.
3) The unit has the preset of process parameters and the testing, display and alarm of process parameters and key parameters of equipment. 
4) The main components of the low pressure hydraulic system and hydraulic pump are made of domestic high-quality products. The key sealing parts of high pressure AGC hydraulic system are high-quality imported products. 
5) The reducer gear of coiler, main rolling mill and other important driving equipment with heavy load adopts hard tooth surface grinding;  The bearing of coiler and reducer of main rolling mill is made of high quality domestic products. 
6) Full hydraulic press-down, hydraulic AGC automatic control.  With constant roll gap position control, constant pressure control and roll deviation, thickness control, monitoring functions. 
7) The whole control system adopted upper computer control technology, the distributed PLC process control and remote communication network technology, power supply to rolling mill through two-stage network, full digital DC main motor control system, PLC system, remote I/0 system, AGC PLC system and HMI are integrated, and unified design of each system interface relationship, constitute the whole automatic control system of modern rolling mill. 
8) The main operating table is equipped with man-machine interface, which is mainly used to display the status of rolling mill on screen (main process parameters such as tension value, current value and speed value), manual adjustment, rolling process parameter setting, fault alarm and printing reports.
