12. Coating Thickness of Color Plate: The thickness of the front single-layer dry film can be adjusted between 8 and 15 microns, and the thickness of the front and reverse single-layer primer dry film can be adjusted between 5 and 15 microns.
13. On the premise that the galvanized substrate meets the national standard GB2518-88 and the paint thickness and paint index of the color plate meets the national standard, the coating quality index of the color plate meets the relevant technical parameters of GB12754/91.
14.Cross-layer deviation in width direction of color plate roll with one side ≤±1.0mm
15.Production program: 60,000 tons per year (calculated according to the maximum process speed corresponding to steel plate specification 1050 mm x 0.4 mm, 300 working days per year, 24 hours per day).
Entry section
Double uncoiler configuration, the uncoiler is with drive, actively uncoiling, the tension can be adjusted; Hydraulic shrinkage;
The inlet shear adopts hydraulic shear to improve the flexibility of the preparation process.The sewing machine has an independent hydraulic system, double-row sewing, punching process is completed at the same time.
Configuration of flattening machine to flatten joints and edge burrs;
The storage capacity of the inlet looper is 150 m, ensuring 1.5 minutes of rewinding operation time.

The whole production line is a large-scale automatic production line with two coatings and two bakes on both sides of continuous production.
