This 1450mm embossing mill technical proposal is designed for a stainless steel decorate board company. 2. Characteristics of 1450 temper mill/skin pass mill with embossing roller for Decorative Stainless Steel Board
1. The uncoiler has the function of CPC automatic alignment, which improves the response speed and position control accuracy of alignment.
2. Welding machine is equipped in the entrance section for welding with head and tail.
3. Strip straightening function is realized by two-bending and one-straightening stretch-bending straightener.
4. Adopt independent roll changer to realize rapid roll changeover of upper and lower working rolls.
5. Set up uncoiling operation table, main console, winding operation table and rolling machine operation hanging box.
6. Electrical control system adopts DC control mode, power configuration is strong, stable and good shape can be guaranteed.
