This cold rolling mill is to roll the steel coil with the thickness of 2.5mm to 4.0mm. After
several pass rolling, it can be rolled into high-precision cold-rolled coil with
thickness of 0.3mm to 1.8mm. It adopts single stand reversible four high cold
rolling mill, which is equipped with a coiler with high tension and AGC thickness
control system. It can realize high tension rolling and ensure the high-speed
and stable production of thin products.
The features:
1) The electric control of rolling mill adopts Siemens AC drive technology. Siemens
S7-400 series PLC products are used for automatic control
2) The electric drive and automation system of rolling mill is with overload
protection, belt breaking protection, emergency stop and other safety
protection measures.The unit has the functions of automatic deceleration of
belt tail, accurate stop, rolling process parameter setting, etc. the coiler
has the functions of coil number memory and belt length calculation. The
production process interlock and fault alarm of the unit are controlled by
Siemens PLC to realize the automation of production process and fault alarm.
3)The adjustment device of rolling line adopts the combination adjustment of
stepped wedge. The roll diameter inputting can quickly and automatically
control the displacement of stepped wedge driven by oil cylinder to a proper
position, so as to realize the automatic and rapid adjustment of rolling line.
4)The gear of the reducer of the important driving equipment with heavy load,
such as coiler and main rolling mill, is grinded with hard tooth surface; the
bearing of the reducer of coiler and main rolling mill is of high quality with
China brand.
5)Full hydraulic Screw down, hydraulic AGC automatic control. It has the
functions of constant roll gap position control, constant pressure control,
roll deviation adjustment, thickness pre control, monitoring, etc
.
6)Positive and negative bending of the work roll; the intermediate roll has transverse moving
presetting, locking, and positive bending control measure. The bending roll can be controlled
from single side; rollers are equipped with subsection cooling and roll shape adjustment.
Multiple-plate-shape control measure can better control the plate shape of finished strips.
7)Double-station roll changing carriage is adopted, which realizes the swift changing
between the work roll and the intermediate roll.
8)Roll system of the rolling mill, the turning roll, and the oil removal roll bearing adopt air-oil
lubrication, which can prolong the bearing's life and reduce oil consumption, pollution and
maintenance quantity with high lubrication efficiency.
